Where Is Northeast Guide Service Located?
Northeast Guide Service is pleased to announce our new location on Moosehead Lake in Greenville, Maine. We now operate all of our trips, programs, and activities at 142 Moosehead lake Road in Greenville, Maine, home to Maine's largest lake, Moosehead Lake. It is a short 50-mile drive to Baxter State Park and beautiful Mt. Katahdin, Maine's largest mountain. We are the closest Maine whitewater rafting company to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, Maine. Full Lodging & Trip Packages are available. There is plenty to do when you get off the river, including scenic drives, wildlife tours, exploring downtown Greenville, Maine, and discovering some of Maine's many hidden treasures.

Meet the Owners:
Jeremy and Jessica started Northeast Guide Service in 2007 because of our mission to provide quality, personalized trips into the Maine outdoors. We grew up in Maine and enjoy Maine woods and waters. We enjoy kayaking, hiking, skiing, rafting, fishing, Maine wildlife, our environment, photography and the most joy is playing with our faithful dog friends, Manny & Abby. Both of us worked for a large company in the outdoor rafting industry and became discouraged with the fast paced, impersonal experience that became the day to day. We both guide our trips because we feel that it is important to get to know our guests and provide an experience that we would want for ourselves! How many people can say they do what they love? Our office is the rivers, mountains, and roads of the North Maine Woods. We pride ourselves on providing an outdoor experience with the best-trained guides and staff in the industry.
