This is a great year-round destination where comfort and warmth renew you after a day in a region of unsurpassed beauty. The Pleasant Street Inn Bed and Breakfast, in the village of Greenville, Maine, is only 300 steps from the East Cove of Moosehead lake, the largest lake in Maine, we provide intown convenience- a short walk to restaurants, pubs, shops, outfitters and the restored steamship Katahdin.

Room #1: Queen size bed with private vintage bath, including oversized soaking tub. A relaxing, light-filled retreat with southern exposure and west facing bay.

Room #2: Cozy and charming west facing room with twin beds, and an elegant vintage detached private bath with oversize soaking tub, marble shower and a grand pedestal sink.

Room #3: Currently not available.

Room #4: Queen size bed, antique armoire, eastern exposure, and attached bathroom with shower. Room 4 and 5 Share this bathroom. The only entry into this bathroom is through either room 4 or 5.

Room #5: A touch of Victorian elegance. East, north and west windows give this room a wonderful proportion and the lacy queen size bed and attached bath a sense of cozy intimacy.

Room #6: The spirit of travel. Some call it the “Safari Room” others, the “World Room”. With its Global Art and Craft collection, queen size bed and spacious private bath with a wing chair; feel like you have traveled far. We just call it Room 6.

Room #8: A restful retreat with private bath, queen size bed, writing desk and a reading nook. East, south and west windows fill the room with light from sunrise until sunset over the mountain.

Dining

Morning begins in the Butler’s Pantry with coffee, assorted teas and juices. We will prepare for you a full hot breakfast, featuring a fresh hand cut fruit bowl and a hot entree which is served from 8-9 am in the dining room or on the wraparound porch, weather permitting.

A freshly made snack will await you in the afternoon when you return from your days activities.

• Private dinners are available upon request. We would be happy to prepare a special dinner for you and your companions.

• All rates are per room, per night, based on double occupancy and a full hot breakfast in the Dining Room.
• All rates are subject to an additional 7% lodging tax.
